We provide our members with the tools to achieve their fitness goals and maintain overall wellness. With a magnificent, natural light-filled facility overlooking the picturesque Saugatuck River, a wide variety of fitness and wellness options are offered. In our state-of-the-art cardio training room and weight training floor, members can work out on their own or take advantage of our 1:1 Personal Training or Group Training with our Certified Personal Trainers and Instructors, group classes, steam room, and massage therapy.
Saugatuck Rowing and Fitness Club’s Studio Fitness Group Classes are included in membership. These spirited and challenging classes are offered 7 days a week in our Group Fitness Studio.

This class utilizes your body weight and lightweight with plenty of repetitions to make you feel the burn in all areas of the body. All Fitness levels welcome.
A slower paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. Poses are held to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the postures are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. Yin yoga is done all on the mat, with or without props, to allow your body to open and stretch gradually and safely.
