Our Youth Intro Rowing Program is offered in two-week sessions, meeting daily for 2.75 hours. Designed for athletes who are new to rowing, or have limited experience Each session has a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring personalized instruction and close supervision.
Rowers are introduced to both Sweep rowing and Sculling, giving them a well-rounded experience on the water. In addition to rowing, participants spend time on land building strength through bodyweight exercises, improving balance and flexibility, and learning proper technique on the rowing machine. Each day also includes time for recreational activities, allowing kids to recharge, connect, and have fun with their teammates.
The goal of the program is simple: to provide a safe, engaging, and fun introduction to rowing while helping young athletes build confidence, fitness, and teamwork skills.
