With more than 15 years of experience spanning communications, athletics, and community engagement, Stephanie brings a dynamic perspective to her role as Director of Marketing. A lifelong coach in both rowing and fitness, she carries the discipline, teamwork, and passion learned on the water into her approach to brand strategy and member experience. Stephanie blends creativity with organization to craft campaigns that drive connection and growth. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Strategic Communication & Public Relations while also coaching at Sacred Heart University.
