Pepper serves as the Head Novice Girls/ Masters Coach. She learned to row at PNRA (Mercer Juniors) before moving to Leysin, Switzerland, where she sculled on Lake Geneva under Coach Nic Bourne. Pepper then rowed for four years at Clemson University. She transferred to Rutgers University for her 5th year in 2022, where she helped the 1v8 place 14th at NCAA Championships in 2023.

Pepper has been a lifelong swimmer. Both of her parents swam at the University of Tennessee, and her sister, PJ, rowed at Duke University. Pepper has served as Lieutenant for Surf City Beach Patrol in LBI where she competed in ocean rescue competitions. Pepper represented the USA and Next Level Rowing at the 2023 Coastal Rowing World Championships in the CW4x+. Pepper is excited to start her coaching career by making an impact at Saugatuck Rowing Club.
