Eric is a 25-year seasoned restaurant professional who has run dining establishments up and down the I-95 corridor from New York City to New Haven. With four New York Times Excellent reviews under his belt, he brings attention to detail and a fine-dining background to the Boathouse Restaurant. Prior to embarking on his restaurant career, Eric ran events in New York City for such notables as two US Presidents, Fidel Castro, and innumerable dignitaries and publi figures.
